Forgotten Song

853

once upon a time the fingers of

my thoughts knew which notes

they have to press down

my heart would sing a child song

as the strings of my soul

have been played soft

once upon a time

the sound of dance music

drowned out the scary rumble

appeased the severe storm

and a cheerful child

would dance alone

without menace

I wish I could remember the song

playing  for my inner child

dancing again

Sore Season

Autumn-wind-1-e1515507088316

Your velvet breath

is the soft cover

for the broken seasons

the fondling of

your cottony fingers

is the salvaging cure

for the gashed green

the remembrance of

your warm kiss

is the refreshing trace

on the faded cheeks

of passing days

and

I am the cold scar of

last slap left

by the howling wind

in the numbed face of

final day at the autumn’s last gasp

Your Bright Eyes

images (4)

Sometimes I feel blue
and how!
as a drop of dew
in front of thou

some nights
my dreams are covered
by the mist of my sighs
and drops of sorrow roll soft
on the veins of my dried heart
looking for a bit of light
in the autumn of my life

now I can stand the cold dark
as a candle is lighted in the night
as your bright eyes
flare dancing flames
reflecting on my grief
rolling on the falling leaf

but I wish

the candle would not die down
before the dew fades away
before dawn
rising sun

Steamy Future

images (3)

It’s cold outside
my lostness steps
in a twisty steam
the loneliness wrapped
in a haze of smoke
rising from my teacup

time passes unbeknown
as memoirs for hours
evaporate my mind
to the blurry skies

an upcoming warming at once
between my two fingers
says to me in whispers
put out the cigarette butt
in the ashtray
throw down the remnant of
past days from balcony

It’s cold outside
I have to get out of
my thoughts
going inside the kitchen
emptying the tasteless chilled tea

I should pour some fresh life
with rising steam of
hot hope into my cup

November Wind

956

sing in a whisper

the longing song of

dried written veins

read literally

the teared papers of

falling days

pick the yellow desires

spread them gently

on the pavement of

my new dreams

keep dancing chantingly

with the reminiscence of

the green seasons

I can hear the sound of

my diary crunching

under the steps of you and

the  grey strands of my hair

oh caress my hops,

the blowing wind

I need to feel your voice

on my face

as we walk  together

in an evening of

another November
